Part & Minifigure Condition: 

NEW: All LEGO pieces and minifigures that are marked as NEW come directly from brand new sets, the Pick-A-Brick wall, or other trusted sellers, and have NEVER been played with or built. However, any damage would simply be small scratches from bumping against other parts.

Used: Parts and minifigures marked as used may have minimal wear and tear, but will never have any significant damage. They are all in good used condition, but some pay  show more signs of use / wear than others. This may include, but is not limited to: scratches, slight discoloration, dents, ect. Our general rule is that if we wouldn't want it, we wouldn't sell it.

NOTE: If a part as different mold variations, but only one entry on Bricklink, it will be stored and adding to our store in a single lot, with others of the same/different mold. If you have any questions, or would like to know if we have a certain mold of a part, feel free to ask us.

* Used minifigures are shipped put together in their own small bag.

* If you have any questions about our new/used parts, minifigures, stickers, or instructions before buying, please feel free to send us a message.

 

Set Condition:

NEW: LEGO sets marked as NEW are in a still sealed in thier origional box or polybag, unless otherwise noted in the items description. Any damage to box will also be noted in the set listing. If you would like photos of the box's condition before purchasing, just let us know and we'd be happy to send you some!

USED: Sets marked as USED are sets that have been previously built and played with. Please check the listing notes; it will note if the set still has all the pieces, minifigures, stickers, instructions, and box.

 

Order Process: 

NOTE: Prior to placing your order, please ensure that you shipping address in Brick Owl matches the shipping address in PayPal, as that is the address that we ship to.

Once we have recieved your order, it will be promptly packed, and shipped.

After payment has been recieved, orders will be shiped within the next 2 day buseness day, and sometimes even the day of order, depending on the time of the order. Orders placed on Saturday may not ship until Monday morning.

Buyer feedback will be given once an order has been marked as complete.

 

Payment:

Brick Brothers Brick Shop is currently only accepting payment via PayPal.

Since the cost to ship each of our sets varies, invoices and quotes are our only option when it comes to sets.

Payment must be recieved within 72 hours of recieving the invoice.
